Baked division recipe(s) must be submitted electronically by 5:00 pm on November 16, 2024.
Submissions must include exhibitor's name, phone number and email address in order to receive approval or disqualification of recipe. Recipes will be reviewed by a Recipe Review Committee. Exhibitors will receive an email if the recipe is approved or disqualified. Recipes should not include any identifying words/clues. For example do not name your recipe: "Violet Alexanders Famous Oatmeal Cookies"
If a recipe is disqualified:
The exhibitor will have 5 days to resubmit for approval after the notification from TCYS Recipe Committee explaining the issues. If disqualified, recipes may only be resubmitted once. All recipes must be pre-approved in order to compete in the Youth Fair. The approved recipe will have a TCYS watermark on it. Please print out this attachment, with the watermark for check-in. Entries without this approval will not be accepted at Check-in.
