AUCTION    
Purpose: To support the projects of the kids of Travis County through fund-raising and organizing and administering the event.

CONTESTS    
Purpose: To engage kids in challenging contests such as Welding and Floral contests.

LEADERSHIP CONTEST    
Purpose: To support the projects of the kids of Travis County through fund-raising and organizing and administering the event. Junior Superintendents and Queens Court represent TCYS at events throughout the year.

SPONSORSHIPS    
Purpse: To plan the marketing activities around TCYS and special events as well as put together sponsorship opportunities.

MEMBERSHIP    
Purpose: To recruit new members and retain existing members of TCYS.

OPERATIONS    
Purpose: To support all committees of TCYS logistically from setup to completion of all TCYS events.

SCHOLARSHIPS    
Purpose: To set guidelines for the Scholarship Program and seek funding and select recipients.

Purpose: To support the competition from entries, judge selection to running the country store during our show.
